InScribe’s MTs are among the most competent in the industry. All applicants participate in stringent testing, and once they prove their skills and are hired and placed into production, they receive consistent evaluations to ensure that they maintain a 99.5% level of accuracy.
We have very high expectations of our MTs, but they appreciate this for several reasons. Their transcription skills are continually sharpened and their increasing productivity means a larger paycheck. In addition, as a direct result of the high quality transcription that our MTs consistently produce, InScribe’s client base is constantly growing, thus allowing us to keep our MTs busy 24/7. We have no shortage of work to be done!
We have many MTs in our ranks that have been in the business for more than 20 years, but we also have recent graduates who are looking for that experience. Dani and Scott have worked diligently to foster a pay-it-forward mentality. InScribers are certainly not required to help the newer MTs when they join our ranks, but they inevitably step up and reach out because someone reached out to them when they joined InScribe.
Unlike most transcription companies, InScribe encourages MTs to work together as a team. Those who have the same facility in common can communicate with each other and share suggestions to improve their productivity, coverage, and customer satisfaction. All MTs are provided with an InScribe e-mail address and through this have access to team correspondence, helpful suggestions, and important announcements. We also encourage all of our contractors to interact via Instant Messaging, a wonderful tool providing quick response and interaction with those who are working at any given time.
