Knowledge in legal terminology and preferred legal formatting, including the Bluebook, ALWD Citation Manual, and access to Black’s Law Dictionary (or equivalent) is a requirement for our transcriptionists, and they thoroughly understand systems of reference and citation. They are able to locate and utilize the correct format for each document based upon the legal jurisdiction involved.
