Where possible, we will set up a secure connection and transcribe directly into our client’s platform. This is simply the most efficient way for dictation to be transcribed and available to the client.
We welcome new platforms and will work with the client and the platform vendor to achieve a smooth transition. We will study the nuances of any platform as we learn, and gladly share what we learn with the client. Within our team of over 400 MTs, we have experience in most platforms being used today.

We support ADT (Admission, Discharge and Transfer) interfaces from a clinical system or report upload interfaces. Your facility may opt for manual patient data entry. With this option, your staff would be responsible for faxing/e-mailing patient data, and we would enter this information as we complete the document for an additional $.005 per line.
