The Problem with Speech Recognition….
Dictators don’t have the time – or inclination – to give medical text the time it takes to protect them from inaccuracies. Medical & Dental Transcription
Traditional quality (99.97% accuracy) with your repository, clinical system, or one of ours. The doctor dictates on telephone, cell phone, cell phone app or digital portable – like in the good old days! We can also provide “backup” because we all work in the same system. If your census is high, we can assist your core team by working by “threshold”. For example, if you reach 25 reports, we can jump on and get you down to 10 so that your employee team can manage the work. Think of us as your “safety net” to get those bills dropped!
Remote Scribe
Traditional quality (99.97% accuracy) but with the cost savings of our Scribes entering the dictated information into your Electronic Health Record. We are versed in all forms of EHR technology, so no matter the newest version – we can work with it! We have several workflow Best Practices to minimize your dictator’s time, and restoring them to a focus on patient care. We have been told that our Remote Scribe program immediately decreases doctor fatigue by 50 – 75%. Scribes work as the dictators dictate, so the Discharge Summary is ready when the patient checks out.
Legal Transcription
Legal quality is the same as medical, however, the cost is slightly less due to the educational requirements in these documents. We can create and store documents directly in the firm’s repository or we can provide a number of options – some at no charge! We have clients who record dissertations, meeting minutes and telephone complaints/questionnaires which we turn into transcribed text. Always the same day. Always with the same, assigned, InScribe team.
Zoom, YouTube & Other Miscellaneous Audible File Transcription
There are many varieties of audio files in the world – and we transcribe them all. You will receive your transcripts in whatever format you choose, in your repository or ours.
Our Rates are $1.00 a minute for medical dictation, and $.90 a minute for non-medical transcription. If you provide audio files, that is all you will pay – EVER.
If you require dictation systems – we have found the best, most inexpensive vendors out there, and we offer their services to you, at our cost. Options include telephone to cell phone to digital portable to smartphone app. And, your dictators do not have to agree on a dictation method. They can all use whatever they are most productive and comfortable using. We have negotiated a very, very low $.08 a minute for the use of any of these systems.
What We Do NOT Charge for is a Much Longer List!
